Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply when you visit Clash Client Hub, read its Chinese-language documentation, or use its download links. Read this page before downloading software or changing network settings based on a guide. These terms do not replace the agreements of individual clients, open-source cores, app stores, or other service providers.

1. Scope and purpose

This site curates Clash ecosystem clients, the mihomo core, and related configuration resources for educational, research, and practical reference. Guides explain subscription imports, rule-based routing, DNS, ports, and network settings. They are not legal advice, security audit findings, or guarantees of suitability for any particular environment.

Interfaces, configuration keys, and permission requirements may vary across clients, core versions, and operating systems. Before running commands or importing a configuration, check the current software documentation and keep a recoverable copy of your settings. This site provides access to resources; it does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network connectivity. Users should resolve authorization, fees, and service delivery issues with the relevant provider.

2. Lawful use and user responsibilities

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located, as well as the rules governing the networks, devices, and third-party services they use. Install clients, configure proxies, and perform network tests only where lawful and authorized. Obtain any required permission before using networks with access restrictions, including those at schools, workplaces, and public venues.

Do not use this site's materials or related software for unlawful activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, malware distribution, or infringement of others' privacy or intellectual property. A technical feature does not authorize every use of it or relieve users of their own legal responsibilities.

Keep subscription links, control interface credentials, and other sensitive information secure. Do not expose them in public screenshots, logs, or configuration examples. Before importing a third-party configuration, check its source and the permissions it may grant. After using a shared device, remove account information and restore network settings as needed.

3. Software sources and disclaimers

The relevant open-source projects or developers provide each software product. Refer to the corresponding project's documentation for its features, maintenance status, and license terms. Curating materials or listing download links does not mean this site owns the software or endorses or guarantees any third-party project, node, or service.

Network conditions, system updates, configuration differences, and changes to third-party services can all affect results. We do not guarantee that documentation will always be complete, links will remain active, or software will work on every device. Before installing or updating software or changing configurations, assess compatibility and back up important data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, corrupted configurations, data loss, or other losses arising from use of related materials, software, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If something goes wrong, stop making repeated changes, keep relevant logs, and investigate one issue at a time.

4. Intellectual property and open-source licenses

Software code, names, logos, and other assets from Clash ecosystem projects belong to their respective rights holders. Open-source licensing does not waive those rights. Before copying, modifying, distributing, or using software commercially, review the license for the relevant version and meet any applicable requirements, such as attribution, retaining license notices, or providing source code.

Original documentation and editorial arrangements on this site are also protected by applicable law. Credit the source when quoting them. Do not present modified content as published by this site or use its brand or project names to imply an authorization that does not exist. Third-party content remains subject to its rights holder's terms.

5. Updates and feedback

We may revise these terms in response to content updates, project changes, or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Continued visits and use are subject to the terms then in effect. Matters requiring separate notice under applicable law will be handled accordingly.

For installation and configuration questions, start with the Help Center or the Clash configuration guide. When troubleshooting, note the client name, operating system, steps taken, and any error messages with sensitive details removed. For questions about third-party accounts, fees, or authorization, contact the relevant service provider through its published support channels.
